It's me and my digital marketing journey

Hi, I’m ABHIJITH 

My journey into digital marketing started in a way I never expected. A friend introduced me to the field, but honestly, I wasn’t interested in digital marketing at all in the beginning. Later, a video editor vacancy opened up at his company, and I decided to attend the interview just for the experience. Surprisingly, I got selected. That opportunity became the first step in a journey I never planned for.

After joining the company, I slowly began to realize how little I actually knew about marketing. Growing up, my idea of marketing was mostly limited to salespeople visiting homes with bags full of products, explaining their features, and convincing people to buy them. But working in a digital marketing company completely changed my perspective. The company had different departments, including content creation, video editing, SEO, technical teams, and many others. For the first time, I understood how broad digital marketing really was and how each area contributed to helping businesses grow online.

Among all these areas, SEO caught my attention the most. One of my friends was already working in SEO, and he often told me that it wasn’t as complicated as many people think. I didn’t know much about SEO at the time, but something about it interested me. Compared to video editing, I felt SEO was a field that suited me better. That curiosity encouraged me to start learning more, and I began searching for courses and resources to understand digital marketing in a more structured way. This was when I started my digital marketing studies at Finprov Academy, where I was able to build a stronger foundation and explore different aspects of the industry.

As I continued learning, I realized that SEO was much bigger than I had initially imagined. There were different strategies, techniques, and areas to explore, and the more I learned, the more curious I became. Gradually, I started developing my skills and understanding how digital marketing can help businesses build their online presence, reach the right audience, generate visibility, and grow. This learning experience eventually shaped my goal of becoming the best digital marketer in Kerala and helping businesses achieve meaningful results through effective digital marketing strategies.

What started as an unexpected opportunity to attend a video editing interview eventually introduced me to a field that I genuinely enjoy. My journey is still continuing, and I believe there is always something new to learn in digital marketing. With every new experience, I aim to improve my skills, understand the changing digital world, and move closer to my goal of becoming the best digital marketer in Kerala who can create real value and results for businesses. As I continue gaining experience and exploring new strategies, I hope to establish myself as the best digital marketer in Kerala by helping businesses grow through practical and result-oriented digital marketing.
